RETURNS

Fern Jilly does not accept returns under any circumstances, however we do have a limited  30  day craftsmanship guarantee

I take pride in all of my creations and I want my customers proud to wear and display them. 

If an item is damaged as a result of a design or structural flaw,  the item may be sent back to Fern Jilly with the shipping at the cost of the customer. Acceptance of a return will be at the artist's full discretion,  once photos of damage and a description are provided. 

Examples of common flaws are loose stones, bail weaknesses or breakage. Once received the item will undergo assessment and repair and then will be sent back to the customer at the cost of Fern Jilly. 

If it turns out that the item cannot be repaired, Fern Jilly will offer credit or exchange of similar value.

I will make every reasonable effort to ensure you, the customer, are satisfied with my work, and I ask that you contact me with any issues so that we can try to resolve them together. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.  You will receive a confirmation of purchase emailed to you.

Once your package has been shipped you will then receive an email confirmation informing you of its shipment, expected delivery time and tracking # (US & Can only) 

*International buyers,  please contact me to find out the cost to ship to your area. Please also keep in mind  that international shipping arrivals may vary, be prepared to potentially wait several weeks for your package to arrive. 

The buyer is responsible for any fees, duties or taxes associated with shipping internationally, and the seller will not be held responsible for any delay or hold backs with customs. Please be sure to check your country's import regulations prior to as some country's restrict the import of jewellery.

I will do my best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion,  however I reserve the right to change shipping times due to extenuating circumstances. Those of which you will be informed via email. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Fern Jilly will not be held responsible for lost,  stolen or damaged items during transit. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to an expedited or insured shipping please contact me prior to purchase. 

Be sure to provide the correct shipping address before completing your purchase. If there are any problems at the time of check out please contact me immediately through the contact me tab, with your name and description of issue and item purchased.
